Staff Growth Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, Canada/US

Annual salary: $144,000–$225,000 USD; most new hires start at $180,000.

What you will do

• Shape activation experiences that help clinics discover hirify.global, sign up, complete onboarding, import data, and reach value during their first 90 days.
• Use user research and behavioural data to identify what helps clinics activate and what creates friction.
• Improve activation and retention by reducing early drop-off and helping more clinics reach their first meaningful value moment.
• Design and run experiments, own activation metrics, and turn findings into product improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data partners, and designers to build a cohesive activation experience.
• Align stakeholders and communicate design direction through clear storytelling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in SaaS or a similarly complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience with growth design, including activation, onboarding, and conversion funnels.
• Experience designing and running experiments, analysing data, and making data-informed design decisions.
• Fluency with modern design tools and iterative collaboration across product, engineering, data, and design.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and practical experience using it for prototyping, research analysis, or identifying patterns in data.
