Engineering Manager (Infrastructure Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop an infrastructure engineering team responsible for critical production systems.
• Own team execution, delivery, prioritization, milestones, and alignment with infrastructure strategy.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Security and other platform teams to manage dependencies and remove technical and organizational bottlenecks.
• Work with Staff and Senior Engineers to review technical solutions and maintain architectural alignment.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, operational readiness, incident response, on-call practices, and postmortem follow-up.
• Run 1:1s, performance reviews, feedback processes, and individual development plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering, including 2+ years in engineering management within a Platform cluster.
• Experience leading and developing teams responsible for production infrastructure or platform systems.
• Strong infrastructure engineering background with sufficient depth to review architecture and challenge technical decisions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience operating highly available, business-critical systems, including incident management, on-call, postmortems, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Experience operating infrastructure across multiple regions, data centers, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience managing teams with significant networking or distributed infrastructure responsibilities.
• Experience providing internal platforms and services to a large number of engineering teams.
