Process Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Spittal an der Drau plant, Austria; onsite role

Salary: €65,900 per year, under the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Chemical Industry, employment group IV.

What you will do

• Analyze and develop production and packaging processes.
• Develop and implement production machines and systems.
• Execute product and plant tests.
• Improve production machines and automation processes.
• Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects, including comparing development variants.
• Manage projects and gradually take on personnel responsibility for line teams.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree, such as mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
• Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, teamwork, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Initiative and flexibility.
• Good knowledge of English and German required.
