TL;DR
Manufacturing Engineering & NPI Manager (Manufacturing/NPI): Leading manufacturing process development and new product introduction from concept through production release with an accent on process capability, production readiness, equipment strategy, and cross-functional execution. Focus on optimizing throughput and yield, managing prototype and pilot builds, completing PFMEA and control plans, and driving capital projects and continuous improvement.
Location: Fully onsite in Mosel, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday; open to relocation. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $138,350–$177,900 per year.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing and process engineering teams.
- Own manufacturing process capability, efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement across production lines.
- Lead NPI activities from concept through production release, including project plans, budgets, resources, readiness reviews, prototype builds, pilot runs, and ramp-up.
- Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance on manufacturability, validation, supplier readiness, cost modeling, and production launch.
- Develop and optimize processes, tooling, automation, equipment, and technology to improve throughput, yield, cost, and capability.
- Manage engineering changes, capital projects, commissioning, and KPIs for NPI and engineering performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience with complex, engineered-to-order, customizable, or built-to-order products or equipment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience and experience managing larger technical teams.
- Experience with NPI and new product introduction.
- Data-driven decision-making and a continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to partner closely with Operations.
- US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.
