Salary: $29.40–$45.94 per hour, plus a 4% annual bonus target

What you will do
- Operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment for handling, weighing, mixing, and processing chemicals.
- Assemble, monitor, and perform basic analysis of electrochemical devices such as lithium-ion battery cells.
- Conduct wet chemistry experiments using corrosive, toxic, and flammable chemicals.
- Document and audit operating, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical processes, controls, analytical equipment, and laboratory issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in chemistry.
- Strong fine motor skills, record-keeping ability, and notebook skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex standard operating procedures and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and data-entry applications.
- Ability to wear an air-line respirator, work in close quarters, climb ladders or steps in full PPE, lift 45 pounds, move containers safely, and stand for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with glove boxes and electrochemical devices.
- Associate degree or higher in electrochemistry or chemistry, or 3+ years of related industrial experience.
