Associate Creative Director - Copy

What you will do

• Implement creative vision and direction with the CCO, Executive Creative Director, and Creative Directors.
• Partner with Art Directors to develop TV, social, and digital campaigns.
• Lead short-term project strategies and long-term account-specific creative strategies.
• Coordinate creative staffing and assignments with Creative Directors and the Resource Manager.
• Guide art directors and writers from brand concepting and ideation through daily client deliverables.
• Present creative work internally and to clients.

Requirements

• Strong, diverse portfolio featuring produced TV, social, and digital campaign work.
• Experience managing teams and working directly with clients.
• Ability to direct and enhance creative team efforts and facilitate brainstorming.
• Strong conceptual strategy, project direction, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Independent, entrepreneurial approach with a drive for innovation.
