Product Portfolio Intern

Location: Hybrid office-based internship in AFZ, Heredia, Costa Rica; office attendance required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional days possible based on business needs.

What you will do

• Support portfolio optimization through verification checks, SAP execution, and portfolio reviews.
• Verify new product introductions, global plant extensions, rated orders, contractual obligations, and SAP where-used information.
• Review inventory, IBP forecast, and C4C opportunity data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Coordinate Marketing and R&D reviews and follow up on cross-functional project activities.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate project records, data quality, and confidentiality while supporting process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have an unrestricted right to work for hirify.global in Costa Rica.
• Must remain enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university throughout the internship.
• Demonstrated interest in project management and cross-functional business activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with project plans, task trackers, data visualization, or process mapping.
• Familiarity with portfolio management, product management, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Experience working with large datasets and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise business systems.
