Account Service Intern (Advertising)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $18 per hour; paid internship for 8.5 weeks, from September 23, 2026, to November 20, 2026, with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Work with an account group to develop strategies and execute advertising campaigns.
• Maintain client status documents, coordinate client calls, and take meeting notes.
• Pull client reports and help build presentation decks for internal teams and client meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recap reports for the account team.
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior work or life experience in a relevant field, current enrollment as a senior in a bachelor's program, or recent graduation in media, marketing, advertising, or a similar field; a degree is not required.
• Passion for advertising, storytelling, and helping audiences understand ideas.
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Keynote.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in Knoxville, Tennessee.
