HR Specialist

What you will do

• Manage government relations activities and platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Process employment contracts, work permits, Iqama issuance and renewals, visas, sponsorship transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exits.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, offboarding, and employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR system data, personnel files, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, attendance and leave records, HR documentation, and employee certificates.
• Prepare HR metrics, workforce reports, regulatory submissions, and government compliance reports.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Saudi labor legislation and immigration regulations.
• Expertise in government relations and coordination with government authorities and external service providers.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, confidentiality, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
