What you will do

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment systems with minimal supervision.
  • Support daily, weekly, shutdown, and two-week maintenance planning, including work and parts preparation.
  • Analyze equipment failures, troubleshoot operational problems, and identify ways to prevent recurring failures.
  • Assemble, disassemble, install, test, maintain, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, electronic, servo-mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, optical fiber, wiring, connections, and machine networking, including minor programming.
  • Maintain and repair boiler, burner, piping, and chemical-processing equipment while supporting safe and compliant operations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software maintenance.
  • High school education or technical qualification.
  • Experience with PLC logic, sensors, networking, electromechanical equipment, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical literature in English; English is required for the role.
  • Ability to work on elevated platforms, catwalks, and scaffolding and enter confined spaces.
  • Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, LOTO, and safe work around hazardous materials.

Nice to have

  • Experience with boiler systems, combustion processes, burner repair, line purges, and steam systems.
  • Experience with chemical processing equipment, chemical dosing, recipes, pumps, piping, and concentration control.
