What you will do
- Perform advanced color correction, grading, enhancement, profiling, and calibration using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Oversee print production for CPG labels and packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, design intent, and technical specifications.
- Prepare, review, and approve color proofs and perform preflight checks before production.
- Collaborate with vendors and printers to achieve precise color reproduction across print runs, substrates, and regions.
- Troubleshoot printing issues during execution and provide production solutions.
- Maintain color libraries and improve color standards, workflows, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in color management, prepress, or print production, preferably in packaging or CPG.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Strong knowledge of flexographic, offset, digital, and other printing technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, prepress tools, preflight software, and Esko or an equivalent.
- Understanding of substrates, inks, print materials, color accuracy, and production troubleshooting.
