Senior 3D Designer (3D Experiential Design)

What you will do

• Lead the visual direction of 3D experiential design projects from ideation through completion.
• Translate creative concepts into high-quality 3D renders and visualisations that communicate design intent.
• Contribute creative ideas and problem-solving while maintaining a cohesive, on-brand visual language.
• Present design concepts and visualisations to clients to communicate and sell the creative vision.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are buildable and aligned with budget and timelines.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the design process.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in an event-based industry design house.
• Excellent design skills with strong knowledge of CAD and Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Strong aesthetic sense and an informed understanding of brand and marketing experiences.
• Hands-on involvement across ideation, creative presentation, and project execution.
• Experience working with in-house and freelance design resources, with strong organisation and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SketchUp and/or Cinema 4D.
• Ability to contribute a clear point of view to creative discussions.
