FP&A Business Partner - Supply Chain and Datacenter Buildout

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Partner with supply chain and data center buildout teams on financial analysis and planning.
• Build and maintain cost models and forecasts for data center projects, including capex planning and phasing.
• Track and forecast procurement and supply chain costs, including GPU and hardware purchases.
• Model the financial impact of new cluster deployments and infrastructure investments.
• Analyze buildout spend against budgets and forecasts, and prepare leadership reporting on progress, cost drivers, and financial risks.
• Collaborate with FP&A, procurement, and operations teams to incorporate infrastructure assumptions into the consolidated financial model.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or a related finance role, preferably in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to build cost models from scratch.
• Experience partnering with operations and supply chain stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, capital-intensive business with evolving priorities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Helsinki, Finland.

• Experience with data centers or large infrastructure projects.
