What you will do
- Install, operate, and maintain LOCAITS instrumentation.
- Support the lead engineer with the design, installation, production, and deployment of LOCAITS GPS/IMU kits.
- Deploy GPS/IMU kits on aerial and ground vehicle platforms.
- Support local and TDY test events involving data collection on integrated aviation and weapons systems.
- Install and operate range equipment, including cameras, intercoms, video monitors, fiber, and Ethernet cabling.
Requirements
- Three years of applicable experience supporting engineering or hardware testing in the relevant specialization, or a combination of education and experience specified in the posting.
- For instrumentation: 16 weeks of civilian or military training in electronics or basic instrumentation techniques.
- At least one year of electronics or instrumentation experience supporting engineering or testing of military hardware.
- Secret clearance required.
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel as needed.
