Team Leader - Engine Management Services (EMS) (Aviation)

Location: Shannon, Ireland; occasional onsite travel and customer meetings required.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an Engine Management Services team, including leave allocation, one-to-ones, career development, and HR-related activities.
• Assign projects and manage team resources across multiple priorities.
• Lead engine projects and oversee project progress, costs, quality, and deliverables.
• Define and continuously improve internal procedures using industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
• Support team performance, mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
• Work with customers and the business development team to maintain relationships and grow the client base.

Requirements

• At least five years of industry experience, preferably in engine maintenance or technical services.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, motivate team members, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PC skills and good knowledge of company systems and Microsoft Office products.
