Salary: $52,772.00–$67,285.50 per 12 months

What you will do
- Plan and manage publicly scheduled healthcare continuing education and workforce development programs.
- Assess healthcare provider, community, labor-market, and employer needs to guide program development.
- Develop curricula, course syllabi, policies, procedures, and best practices for instructor-led and online courses.
- Prepare and maintain credentialing documents and ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting agencies.
- Train, evaluate, approve, supervise, and support healthcare instructors and instructional personnel.
- Market programs, present to healthcare organizations, assist with grant writing and reporting, and oversee budgets.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Unencumbered Texas Registered Nursing License required.
- Authorization to work in the United States required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
- Strong written, verbal, decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with computers, office equipment, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Successful completion of criminal background and reference checks is required.

- Knowledge and experience developing healthcare training programs.
- Higher education experience supervising instructors, staff, or students.
