Salary: $108,900–$181,500 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do
- Manage client persistency for a designated Midwest pharmacy benefits book of business.
- Serve as the pharmacy subject matter expert for Medical Sales and deliver pharmacy education and training.
- Review performance metrics and present pharmacy management solutions focused on reducing total healthcare costs.
- Support renewals, pricing, audits, contracts, competitive positioning, and business growth.
- Lead or support client and broker meetings, resolve service issues, and act as an escalation point for pharmacy concerns.
- Analyze pharmacy utilization trends and provide consultative recommendations tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management or consulting experience supporting client expectations.
- Experience with consultative client management and independently managing renewals with minimal supervision.
- Operational understanding of the PBM business model and its financial and pricing strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft programs.
- Residence in Illinois or an adjacent state; ability to travel up to 20%.
