Account Manager (PCB Manufacturing): Managing customer accounts, quotations, orders, pricing, delivery, quality, and production coordination for advanced printed circuit board manufacturing with an accent on customer relationships, RFQ responses, and profitable revenue growth. Focus on resolving manufacturing issues, coordinating cross-functional execution, preparing pricing and delivery strategies, and supporting ITAR-compliant operations.
Location: Stafford Springs, Connecticut, United States; on-site responsibilities include coordination with production and work on the manufacturing floor.

What you will do
- Manage at least one customer account and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Production Control to support customer products through the plant.
- Prepare pricing analyses, proposals, quotations, and responses to customer RFQs.
- Enter and manage customer orders, quotations, and change orders.
- Troubleshoot urgent delivery, quality, pricing, and responsiveness issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support sales forecasts, revenue and market-share growth, purchase-agreement negotiations, and accounts-receivable collection activities.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills, general math, reading, and computer skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and procedures and use calipers and micrometers.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, self-motivated, professional, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sit or stand for several hours at a time.
- Must comply with US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

- Knowledge of electronic, PCB, or assembly production.
