Senior Graphic Design Specialist (Marketplace)

Location: Moscow, Russia; hybrid schedule

Salary: from 155,000 RUB net per month; additional Flex4Me benefit of 10,000 RUB gross per month

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for marketplace advertising materials within brand-book guidelines.
• Create product cards, banners, rich content, and brand zones for Wildberries, Ozon, and other major e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare technical briefs for agencies and control the quality and timely delivery of adapted creatives.
• Analyze CTR, CR, competitor content, and market trends to improve marketplace creatives.
• Collaborate with multifunctional P&G teams on brand and marketplace initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Moscow or ready to relocate to Moscow with company support.
• At least one year of relevant marketplace design experience with Wildberries and Ozon.
• Portfolio of product cards and brand zones created for marketplaces.
• At least one year of experience with A/B testing and analyzing the impact of creatives on CTR and CR.
• More than one year of practical experience creating marketplace product-card designs with neural networks and AI tools.
• Professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva; basic skills in CapCut or Videoleap; English at A2 level or higher.
