What you will do

• Oversee strategic media program development and client analysis.
• Collaborate with Account, Creative, and Measurement teams to keep work aligned with client briefs.
• Manage relationships among media teams, account directors, clients, and publishers.
• Manage program revenue and budgets to support effective resourcing.
• Identify issues within client teams and help develop new client relationships.
• Provide feedback, improve internal processes, and support talent development.

Requirements

• Four-year college education.
• Seven to nine years of media planning experience, including at least two years in digital or interactive media.
• At least two years of agency-based media supervisory experience.
• Experience managing both brand and performance media initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of media planning, negotiation, performance analysis, and the digital environment.
• Strong communication, project management, delegation, and performance management skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Luxury category experience.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
