Operations Representative - Dutch and English Speaking (Insurance)

What you will do

• Assess and process incoming travel, life, long-term care, and temporary working incapacity claims according to policy conditions.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, policyholders, claimants, medical advisors, and claimant HR departments.
• Manage working-incapacity overviews and maintain professional relationships with clients and third parties.
• Record claim data accurately and prepare reports for finance, client managers, and clients.
• Answer policy-condition questions by email and phone in multiple languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, insurance, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Adaptable, responsible, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-medical claims, such as life or travel insurance.
• German, Italian, or French language skills.
