TL;DR
Quality Technician - 1st Shift (Manufacturing): Facilitating parts quality processes and inspecting components moving into the facility with an accent on quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and process improvement. Focus on solving quality issues, maintaining Quality Control Plans, supporting calibration and GR&R, and analyzing quality data across operational teams.
Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $24.25/hour for Quality Technician I, $27.25/hour for Quality Technician II, or $29.25/hour for Quality Technician III.

What you will do
- Facilitate the parts quality process and inspect components entering the facility.
- Lead problem solving for quality issues and implement basic to complex resolutions.
- Drive process improvements and adherence to Quality Control Plans and mistake-proofing practices.
- Conduct process and product audits, standardized problem solving, and corrective actions.
- Support gage and tool calibration, Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility, and MRB reviews.
- Collect, report, and analyze quality data while partnering with operational leaders and internal teams.
Requirements
- Quality Technician I: high school diploma or equivalent and 0–3 years of quality experience.
- Quality Technician II: associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of quality experience.
- Quality Technician III: 5+ years of quality experience; a bachelor's degree or Certified Quality Technician certification is preferred.
- Knowledge appropriate to the level of drawings, wiring, schematics, PC use, PPAP, PFMEA, Quality Control Plans, NMR, ECR, SPC, ISO processes, CMM programming, and quality tools.
- Ability to communicate quality issues and countermeasures, train or mentor others at higher levels, and perform reading, writing, and math functions.
- Ability to stand and walk regularly, manipulate objects or controls, work at a computer, and occasionally lift 25–50 pounds; occasional travel may be required.
