Focus on investigating alerts, resolving incidents within SLAs, escalating complex issues, and supporting 24x7 operational maintenance.

What you will do
- Monitor customer network and security environments for availability, performance, and security.
- Continuously monitor firewall and Azure networking alerts and respond according to operational procedures.
- Handle customer incidents, service requests, and tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for firewalls, connectivity, routing, VPN, and security incidents.
- Document incidents, requests, changes, customer communications, health checks, and operational reports.
- Participate in shift-based 24x7 operations, planned maintenance, and escalation to L2/L3 teams.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in network security operations.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama, FortiGate firewalls and FortiManager, and GlobalProtect or FortiConnect VPN.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, and load balancers.
- Understanding of firewall policy management, NAT, routing, VPN technologies, TCP/IP, networking protocols, and packet-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools, plus a basic understanding of cloud security and Azure infrastructure.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, Strata, or similar monitoring tools.
- PCNSA, Fortinet NSE/FCA, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
