TL;DR
MS Dynamics 365 CRM - Senior Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Leading the technical design, customization, integration, deployment, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement solutions with an accent on C#, .NET, Azure services, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations. Focus on developing plugins and extensions, designing solution architecture, managing data migration and CI/CD, and mentoring junior CRM developers and consultants.
Location: Giza, Egypt; in-person collaboration is prioritized.

What you will do
- Lead the technical design, customization, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, security roles, business rules, and business process flows.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, APIs, client-side extensions, and server-side components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Design integrations with ERP, contact center, portal, payment, middleware, and other enterprise systems using Azure services and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage data migration, solution packaging, deployments, environments, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Advanced development skills in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET, Web API, REST/SOAP services, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse security, connectors, environment management, and application lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and working with data migration, data quality, integration mapping, reporting, solution architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Egypt or supporting Egypt-based enterprise or government clients.
- Arabic language capability.
