Finance & Accounting Intern - Latin America Internship Program (Finance): Providing financial leadership for operations in Panama through project ownership, financial analysis, budgeting, and efficiency identification with an accent on operational finance and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on analyzing financial data, creating reports, presenting insights, and improving the use of operational resources.
Location: Panama City, Panama. Applicants not located in Panama must be able to relocate to Panama until graduation and commit to projects lasting at least 6 months. Flexible working hours of 20–40 hours per week.

What you will do
- Take responsibility for finance projects from the beginning of the internship.
- Provide financial leadership and support for operations.
- Analyze operational data and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Evaluate the use of operational resources and develop improvement proposals.
- Work with finance, PS, warehouse operations, engineering, and other functions.
- Develop financial management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Active undergraduate student in Latin America with 6–24 months remaining before graduation.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics, with an interest in Finance.
- Ability to relocate to Panama if not already located there and commit to at least 6 months.
- Written and spoken Spanish proficiency required.
- Written and spoken English proficiency required.
- Financial analysis, budgeting, Excel, accounting principles, and data presentation skills, along with teamwork, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with financial management software.
- Basic project management knowledge.
- Knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
