Project Manager – Mission Critical (Substation)

Location: San Antonio, TX; projects in various United States locations with travel required and long-term onsite project assignments.

What you will do

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects valued from over $500,000 to $20 million.
• Lead projects from proposal and bidding through completion while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Drive profitable project completion with a strong focus on safety performance.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
• Provide in-field support for substation projects during long-term onsite assignments.

Requirements

• Experience managing substation or utility-specific projects in mission-critical or hyperscale markets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments in the United States.
• Strong organizational, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and handle evolving technical responsibilities.

• Familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software.
