Location: Córdoba, Argentina; hybrid. The role is expected to transition from the current remote setup to a hub-centric hybrid strategy, with hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team covering Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations.
- Set the analytical roadmap and map KPIs, business drivers, and relationships across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze conversion funnels, user retention, lifecycle behavior, and conversational experience performance across geographies.
- Build scalable dashboards, analytical frameworks, and tools using Amplitude and Omni to enable data-driven decisions.
- Investigate ambiguous business problems and translate insights into product recommendations, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Operations, AI, Growth, Fintech, Customer Experience, and leadership stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
- Experience managing and developing analytical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, business judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English level required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools.
- Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference.
- Experience with AI/LLM products or conversational analytics.
- Experience in fintech, conversational products, B2C companies, or high-growth environments.
