What you will do
- Design and develop cloud-native platform services, Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, and Custom Resource Definitions using Go.
- Own the full service lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through production operations, reliability, and incident resolution.
- Build, deploy, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain Kubernetes clusters from the ground up.
- Implement GitOps delivery processes with ArgoCD or Flux and automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks with Prometheus and Grafana, including SLI and SLO tracking.
- Optimize distributed systems and microservices while contributing through code reviews, technical mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of advanced Go experience building production-grade backend services and cloud-native applications.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes administration experience, including production cluster deployment and operations.
- Proven experience developing Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, and CRDs with Go.
- Solid knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, Linux administration, shell scripting, and operational automation.
- Strong proficiency with GitOps, ArgoCD or Flux, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in Agile, multicultural, and distributed teams.
