Senior Rust Software Engineer (C++)

What you will do

• Design and develop new Rust services for a data replication and storage platform.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance services for high-load workloads.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Maintain and occasionally modify existing C++ components.
• Analyze and optimize algorithms, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with distributed engineers and stakeholders while using AI-powered development tools.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Experience building and maintaining high-load, scalable services.
• Willingness to use Rust as the primary development language.
• Practical C++ expertise or readiness to maintain existing C++ components.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, computational complexity, and software design patterns.
• Experience validating solutions at realistic production scale and solving complex technical problems.
