Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $128,000–$192,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build, release, and iterate on products and features that meet user requirements.
• Own and refine a technology product vertical while setting direction with Engineering leadership.
• Scope multifaceted features, manage timelines, and select appropriate technical approaches autonomously.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Data Science teams.
• Build a quality assurance practice covering manual and automated testing.
• Support AI-powered agents and agentic workflows for life sciences use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Fullstack development experience with TypeScript/Node.js APIs, Python, React, SQL, and ORMs, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Agile development in fast-paced team environments.
• Proficiency with agentic programming tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with database architecture and engineering best practices.
• A track record of developing, launching, and scaling impactful software applications.
