Senior Medical Writer

What you will do

• Lead the development of scientific content aligned with client goals, brand strategy, and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic scientific direction during content planning and campaign execution.
• Conduct and oversee bibliographic research to ensure accuracy, evidence-based content, and compliance.
• Write, edit, and adapt slide decks, monographs, publications, and training documents.
• Oversee complete reference sets in Veeva and manage client feedback through final delivery.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, represent medical writing in client meetings, and mentor junior writers.

Requirements

• Health science degree in biology, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in medical writing and scientific content supervision within marketing and advertising contexts.
• Ability to communicate medical and technical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and reliable delivery.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build positive relationships with creative, account management, and other agency teams.

Nice to have

• PhD in a health science discipline.
• Experience with reference managers such as EndNote.
