Distribution Analyst (Retail)

Hourly range: $22.98–$26.49 per hour

What you will do

• Provide data and recommendations for department- and class-level financial plans.
• Develop allocation strategies, including packing, pre-packs, size balancing, and inventory balancing.
• Manage in-season plans, inventory releases, receipt accuracy, store-level exceptions, and new-store allocations.
• Forecast inbound and outbound inventory to support in-stock levels and manage distribution center and store payroll.
• Execute allocation and replenishment of Basics using demand forecasting and management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn technical applications quickly.
• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information.
• Proficiency in retail math.
• Strong organizational, time-management, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
