Materials Development Associate Researcher (Materials Science)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; onsite at the Winton Hill Business Office five days per week

Salary: $61,600–$70,850 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Conduct applied research and test materials supporting innovation in Feminine Care products.
• Analyze technical data and trends to evaluate controls and proactively identify issues.
• Maintain the material development laboratory and modify existing equipment and software for new testing requirements.
• Research new materials and identify opportunities to improve product performance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with product development teams and external material suppliers to maintain quality.
• Manage material specifications, GPS clearances, SOI submissions, lab cooperations, and quarterly SOI testing using Enovia and Nexus.

Requirements

• Associate degree in material science or a related field, or a high school diploma with relevant experience and interest; two-year and four-year degrees are also accepted.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, make critical observations, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio five days per week.
