What you will do
- Oversee maintenance readiness and dispatch availability for the assigned fleet.
- Lead and mentor contracted maintenance providers while enforcing safety and performance standards.
- Monitor fleet KPIs, including dispatch availability, return-to-service times, and deferral management.
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts, manpower, and tooling with Maintenance Control, Planning, Supply Chain, QA, and Flight Operations.
- Analyze MELs, delays, and AOG events, then implement corrective actions to reduce recurrence and aircraft downtime.
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues and contribute fleet-specific reporting, recommendations, and process improvements.
Requirements
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
- 3–5 years of Textron Cessna Citation experience.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification.
- Safety-sensitive role subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical, documentation, communication, critical-thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in aviation management or equivalent is preferred.
