Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Huntington Beach, California, United States (hybrid)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic customer-facing features, from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, backlog management, and trade-off decisions across customer requests, strategic initiatives, and technical debt.
• Define and track product metrics tied to retention, adoption, and revenue impact.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to identify customer needs, technical approaches, competitive gaps, and go-to-market opportunities.
• Conduct customer research and translate diverse loan servicing workflows into scalable product solutions.
• Mentor product team members and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with ownership of complete feature lifecycles.
• Experience leading discovery, validation, delivery, and iteration with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining and tracking meaningful product metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with Engineering on complex systems and technical decisions.
• Customer-centric, strategically minded approach with strong execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of lending, loan servicing, or financial operations.
• Experience with customer-facing portals, self-service platforms, reporting, data exports, or compliance-sensitive features.
