IT Systems Analyst (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Support Microsoft 365 operations, governance, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, reports, dashboards, and operational communications.
• Support identity and access governance activities, including RBAC, MFA, PIM, role assignments, and access reviews.
• Coordinate integration requests, requirements gathering, testing, rollouts, validation, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Coordinate incidents, meetings, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional initiatives with engineering, security, governance, support, vendors, leadership, and business teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of corporate Microsoft 365 support experience.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of identity and access governance principles, including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, operational processes, and cross-functional technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, platform operations, tenant modernization, Intune, or enterprise security guidelines.
• Exposure to PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, automation workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience coordinating integrations, migrations, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise generative AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience with additional SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
