What you will do
- Execute payment screening operations in line with regulatory requirements.
- Screen payment transactions and identify potential compliance issues.
- Review and resolve alerts generated by screening systems to support timely transaction processing.
- Collaborate with the compliance team on case-specific queries and regulatory alignment.
- Prepare and submit reports on screening activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow organisational policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payment operations or compliance screening.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with payment operations, regulatory requirements, and transaction monitoring.
- Experience using screening tools and preparing reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
