TL;DR
Service Delivery Manager (German): Coordinating contract fulfillment and IT service delivery for internal and external customers with an accent on service quality, cost control, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Focus on approving delivery models, procuring services, managing escalations and claims, controlling budgets, and driving innovation across customer accounts.
Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
Salary: Negotiable base salary, with a minimum of €1,600 gross, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do
- Manage contract fulfillment for clients and the company throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Approve delivery models based on feasibility, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Procure and coordinate services across organizational units while meeting deadlines and service levels.
- Monitor budgets, billing, costs, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, claims, and changes to dynamic documents.
- Drive continuous service improvement, innovation, and the annual TRI*M customer satisfaction program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
- At least 3 years of ICT delivery service management experience.
- ITIL V3 Foundation and SeM Advanced certification.
- Advanced general IT knowledge, DTAG portfolio knowledge, and MS Office skills.
- German at C1 level and English at B2 level.
- Customer orientation, leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, presentation, cost control, and budget-planning skills.

- Post-sales support experience.
- Specialization in finance and billing, service assurance, customer and contract management, claim management, demand management, bid management, audit management, or risk management.
