Senior Backend Developer (.NET / C#)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Cloud Storage platform.
• Build services that move, store, and synchronize business-critical data across dental clinics, laboratories, and cloud environments.
• Address distributed systems, data synchronization, scalability, reliability, performance, and concurrency challenges.
• Deliver features end to end, from development and automated testing through deployment readiness and production operation.
• Combine backend development with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, dashboards, and multi-region deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams on Azure standards, observability, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional C#/.NET backend development experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals covering data structures and algorithms, distributed systems, concurrency, asynchronous programming, performance optimization, system design, architecture, and production debugging.
• Professional SQL experience and strong backend engineering skills in design, performance, security, and scalability.
• Experience with API design, automated testing, code reviews, maintainable systems, and containerized workloads.
• Ownership mindset with an automation-first approach and focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Hands-on DevOps or SRE experience operating production systems and improving reliability, observability, and deployment practices.
• Understanding of Azure networking, compute, storage, and database concepts.
• Experience with Azure monitoring, OpenTelemetry, the LGTM stack, and incident handling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, PKI infrastructure, certificate chains, or Merkle trees.
