Operations Specialist - Gulf Binance (Crypto): Supporting daily operations, Tier-2 issue resolution, product launches, and new business initiatives for a regulated crypto exchange with an accent on operational controls, cross-functional coordination, and scalable workflows. Focus on coordinating UAT and launch readiness, improving SOPs and playbooks, and supporting tokenization-related services, deposit and withdrawal flows, KYC, compliance, and risk processes.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite or remote arrangement

What you will do
- Support daily operational routines and provide Tier-2 support for issues escalated by internal or customer-facing teams.
- Track operational issues, coordinate resolution across teams, and prepare regular and ad-hoc updates for management.
- Support product launch readiness through UAT coordination, SOPs, FAQs, internal alignment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Review product flows, identify operational gaps and process risks, and improve workflows, checklists, and playbooks.
- Support operational planning and execution for new business initiatives, including potential tokenization-related services.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, fintech, crypto exchanges, platform operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and independent follow-up.
- Bilingual English and Thai is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in crypto exchange, digital assets, fintech, securities, payments, banking, or other regulated financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment; familiarity with trading operations, fiat/crypto deposits and withdrawals, KYC, compliance operations, or risk controls is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting product launches, UAT, SOP creation, or process improvement.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools.
