Operations Agent – Student Worker (German speaking)

Location: Onsite in Stockholm, Sweden. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends.

What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible, transparent offers.
• Follow credit policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with customers by email, chat, phone, and social media.
• Perform AML/KYC checks, customer verification, and regulatory documentation.
• Identify improvements to operational processes, tools, and workflows.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional Operations team to maintain a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Strong system literacy and the ability to learn complex internal tools quickly.
• Strong pattern recognition, analytical thinking, and investigation skills.
• Ability to distinguish user mistakes, data inconsistencies, and potential system errors.
• Availability for approximately 65 hours per month, or 10–15 hours per week, including scheduled weekday and weekend shifts.
• Suitable for a student at the beginning of their studies or someone seeking a stable long-term part-time position.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal tools, multi-step workflows, or case management systems.
• Experience in fintech operations, KYC/KYB, quality assurance, or customer operations.
• Knowledge of another core market language.
