Octopus Electroverse is building a virtual public EV charging platform connecting more than 1.4 million chargers across 79 countries through web, mobile, in-car, and automotive platforms.

What you will do

• Lead the Product team across B2C, B2B, and Licensing verticals in global markets.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of Design, Client Delivery, and Integration teams.
• Translate business strategy into product vision, investment priorities, and high-impact capabilities.
• Partner with engineering leads to turn strategy into executable product direction and unblock delivery.
• Design scalable team structures, career pathways, and talent development programs.
• Build relationships with vehicle OEMs, Charge Point Operators, suppliers, and enterprise B2B clients while monitoring key metrics and operational execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams, unblocking delivery, and coaching people.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect business strategy and technical detail.
• Experience designing and scaling organisations with clear ownership.
• Executive-level leadership experience and accountability for a product vertical.
• Deep understanding of Product and Engineering operations, supported by strong technical and commercial leadership.
• Commitment to customer-first technology development.
