What you will do
- Plan and coordinate operational activities to maintain compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to regional and international teams on Middle East compliance requirements.
- Gather, validate, track, and maintain compliance data for performance reviews and reporting.
- Conduct periodic internal audits, maintain issue logs, identify risks, and support process improvements.
- Register benefit plans on government portals and support the preparation and management of client and broker contracts.
- Partner with sales, client management, and other stakeholders on regulatory matters, training, and compliance risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the Middle East.
- Experience with compliance data gathering, validation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ability to conduct internal audits and identify compliance gaps and risks.
- Ability to support regulatory documentation, benefit plan registrations, and client or broker contracts.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide cross-functional guidance.
