UX Designer - C3 - CXP

What you will do

• Lead UX activities across projects, from discovery and problem definition through final experience design.
• Research customer needs, behaviours, pain points, motivations, and expectations through interviews, workshops, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.
• Translate customer and business requirements into UX strategies, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes.
• Validate concepts with users and stakeholders, identify usability issues, and improve experiences using research, data, and feedback.
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, product owners, clients, and business stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
• Contribute to design systems, UX standards, reusable patterns, and clear communication of design decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of human-centred design and UX methodologies, with the ability to independently own complex UX problems.
• Experience with user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, UX research, and interaction design.
• Strong communication, storytelling, client collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent UX/design tools.
• Ability to work with incomplete information, challenge assumptions, simplify complex requirements, and balance user needs with business and technology constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale digital products, enterprise platforms, web, mobile, or native applications.
• Experience with design systems, component-based design, design thinking workshops, or discovery sessions.
• Exposure to accessibility and WCAG principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience using AI tools for UX research, ideation, prototyping, or analysis.
