TL;DR
Information Analyst (SQL/Power BI): Supporting business and technology systems by resolving user issues, gathering requirements, developing and testing technical solutions, and analyzing data with an accent on application support, compliance systems, and business insights. Focus on querying and validating data, testing system changes, collaborating with technical and business teams, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; work at the Center at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.
Salary: $74,644–$91,231 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do
- Answer end-user questions and resolve issues in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Develop and code technical solutions defined by project leaders and subject matter experts.
- Test solutions delivered by internal and external development teams.
- Gather requirements for solutions that support business decisions.
- Communicate project changes to stakeholders and keep users informed.
- Monitor best practices and trends in compliance systems, application support, and systems management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting.
- Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus five or more years of experience supporting business or technology systems.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, or business insights is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, and with quality testing or data validation is beneficial.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
