MRO Strategic Sourcing Manager (Strategic Sourcing/MRO): Managing sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement for MRO products and services in support of local operations with an accent on negotiations, cost analysis, supply assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on evaluating suppliers, leading RFPs and contract negotiations, managing supplier and contract risks, and improving sourcing processes.
Location: Shenzhen, China; Shenzhen Futian 1 Office

What you will do
- Develop local MRO commodity strategies aligned with global commodity management strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and evaluate suppliers; lead RFPs, RFQs, scoring, and preferred-supplier selection.
- Lead negotiations for procurement agreements, master agreements, statements of work, and change orders.
- Analyze total costs, ROI, pricing benchmarks, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Manage supplier performance, supply and contract risks, disputes, scorecards, and improvement programs.
- Improve sourcing and contract lifecycle processes, ensure contract execution and retention, and provide management reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in MRO or related category management and/or strategic sourcing.
- Experience with sourcing and contracting tools such as SAP and/or Oracle.
- Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, influencing, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of cost models, pricing structures, contractual, intellectual property, and labor law risks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communicate well in English in both verbal and written form.
