Location: Hybrid; Minneapolis, Minnesota headquarters, with options to work from the Charlotte, North Carolina or Troy, Michigan offices.
Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year, with potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do
- Research, define, and document business requirements for investment performance reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, training, implementation teams, and vendors on investment product and reporting projects.
- Oversee data quality, provide escalation support, and develop processes and procedures for ongoing performance reporting operations.
- Maintain and supervise control testing across performance tools, reporting processes, and underlying data.
- Support performance verification and compliance for third-party investment manager information on the Advisory Platform.
- Maintain business ownership of client and product performance reporting tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Experience with investment performance measurement, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a broker/dealer environment.
- Knowledge of investment concepts, performance methodologies, asset allocation, benchmarking, and performance metrics such as alpha and beta.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and recurring operational tasks with limited supervision.
- Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with account-level and product-level composite performance.
- Experience with performance measurement and portfolio accounting systems such as Pershing X, First Rate, InvestCloud, Envestnet, Morningstar Direct, or FactSet.
- CIPM or CFA certification, or progress toward either designation.
- Knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards and retail investment products.
- Strong leadership skills for guiding junior colleagues through influence and subject-matter expertise.
