Security Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Administer SIEM technologies, onboard data sources, correlate events, and develop and refine detection rules.
• Build cyber threat intelligence, threat models, and security use cases.
• Manage incident response and conduct end-to-end investigations, including scope analysis, impact assessment, and containment planning.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, penetration test findings, disclosure monitoring, and remediation with IT system owners.
• Operate and support EDR, ZTNA, DLP, cloud security, network security, and host-hardening solutions.
• Provide technical expertise for solution architecture and help improve security practices across the environment.

Requirements

• Proficient English required for regular written and verbal communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise with SIEM solutions across physical and cloud environments.
• Current knowledge of exploits, attacker tools, techniques, procedures, and threat intelligence sources.
• Experience with native cloud security tools, cloud network and application environments, and vulnerability scanning solutions.
• Understanding of incident response, desktop and server operating systems, network security, host-level security, hardening, and SDLC security practices.
• Current or past certifications such as CC, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications.
