What you will do
- Lead a team of mobile software engineers in a cross-functional environment.
- Develop, enhance, and sustain mobile applications for healthcare solutions.
- Design and architect mobile solutions for challenging customer problems.
- Implement complex software in line with engineering practices, project requirements, and UXD guidelines.
- Establish comprehensive unit testing and support a stable CI process.
- Review designs, lead solution-focused collaboration sessions, and help determine scope for new projects.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience developing complex mobile applications; work samples are required.
- Advanced knowledge of native Apple and Android development.
- Experience and demonstrated skills in team leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of software engineering practices, techniques, technology trends, and mobile solution design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret user needs and apply high-level design principles.
- Experience working in Scrum teams and managing tasks.
Nice to have
- Xamarin, Azure, cloud solutions, C#, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server or similar tools.
- Experience integrating Bluetooth with custom devices.
- Apple or Android developer certification.
- Experience with offshore and distributed teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical device technology.
