What you will do
- Develop and manage research development assessment frameworks and performance metrics.
- Analyze proposal pipelines, funding outcomes, return on investment, and research portfolios.
- Produce strategic reports and dashboards for institutional leadership.
- Identify emerging research strengths, gaps, and opportunities through portfolio analysis.
- Benchmark performance against peer institutions and national trends.
- Evaluate research development programs, interventions, and funding landscapes to support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public policy, higher education, statistics, or a related field.
- Four years of related experience.
- Experience with research metrics, program evaluation, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong quantitative and data visualization skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate on multidisciplinary proposal development teams.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident; the role is security-sensitive and requires a criminal history investigation.
